Via Veneto was considered a place of cool tranquillity on
the cusp on the ancient city at the height of the Roman
Empire. It was the location of Julius Caesar’s
summer residence, and over the centuries has developed
as somewhere the wealthy could escape the heat
and noise of the city centre.
Later in its history it became a fashionable areas for
the elite of Rome to construct their palaces due to its vicinity
to the city centre, and the ample construction
space that it provided. It was at the turn of the
twentieth century that the area grew into a construction
site, and all the luxurious palaces that
were built now host foreign embassies and Italian
government buildings.
The broad leafy pavements and picturesque
palaces lead to it becoming one of the most famous and fashionable streets
in all Rome. It’s cafes and bars became the
hangouts of bohemian musicians and film
directors, and successful politicians and businessmen
alike. It was, and remains to be, the place
to be seen in the eternal city. This is
why the luxury hotels of Via Veneto have, and continue
to flourish in the atmosphere of class, elegance and
style. Dine in some of the best restaurants and
enjoy some of Rome’s trendiest nightspots right
on your doorstep!
The Hotel Ambasciatori Palace is perfectly
placed to
provide easy access to some of Rome’s most exclusive
shopping districts around Via Del Corso and Piazza
Di Spagna. Pleasant walks through the winding picturesque
streets allow one access to the numerous Piazzas,
fountains and buildings that the medieval heart of
Rome boasts. The Hotel is also excellently

and economically carry you to any corner of this great
city. You can reach the Vatican within
